Is using a decentralised exchange halal?

Swapping one token for another with immediate settlement is a valid exchange, and a DEX does that well. Being decentralised is not itself a ruling though, since a decentralised perpetuals venue is still a perpetuals venue. Judge the product, not the architecture.
