Read from the token's verified contract on Ethereum (0x38eeb52f0771140d10c4e9a9a72349a329fe8a6a) on 2026-09-19: it has mint (capped, held by an account we could not identify), mintForMaxAssets (capped, held by an account we could not identify), pause (held by an account we could not identify); what these allow is checked at screening. Its code can be replaced by whoever holds the upgrade power.
Whether anyone can freeze a holder's balance, or create new coins, is part of our screening. This much is read straight from the blockchain, so it is already established before any screening runs.
