Who controls the coins
Read from the token's verified contract on Base (0x1b4617734c43f6159f3a70b7e06d883647512778) on 2026-09-19: no function that freezes, pauses or creates tokens was found, but it has 1 other admin function the screening checks. Its code can be replaced by whoever holds the upgrade power.
Whether anyone can freeze a holder's balance, or create new coins, is part of our screening. This much is read straight from the blockchain, so it is already established before any screening runs.
