Read from the token's verified contract on Base (0xb3b32f9f8827d4634fe7d973fa1034ec9fddb3b3) on 2026-09-23: it has mint (capped, held by an account we could not identify); what these allow is checked at screening.
Whether anyone can freeze a holder's balance, or create new coins, is part of our screening. This much is read straight from the blockchain, so it is already established before any screening runs.
