Read from the Sui ledger on 2026-09-23: no deny capability was found, but one held inside another object would not show, so this is not settled; its treasury capability is held by a single address (0x09d095c1…), which can mint without limit.
Whether anyone can freeze a holder's balance, or create new coins, is part of our screening. This much is read straight from the blockchain, so it is already established before any screening runs.
