Who controls the coins
Read from the token's verified contract on Ethereum (0x01d33fd36ec67c6ada32cf36b31e88ee190b1839) on 2026-09-22: blacklist lets a 2-of-4 multisig wallet (0x2c64…0f6d) block or freeze a chosen holder's tokens. It also has addMinter (capped, held by a 2-of-4 multisig wallet (0x2c64…0f6d)), mint (capped, held by an account we could not identify); what these allow is checked at screening. Its code can be replaced by whoever holds the upgrade power. The same coin is deployed on other chains: on Algorand (112866019), an address on this asset can freeze one holder’s balance, and take a holder’s balance; on Solana (BRZbFNQDcWLfcdHmAkqEVnLHCAWKTRf6eHyEaWdZp3JN), this token has a permanent delegate, which can move or burn tokens out of any holder’s account; on Polygon (0x4ed141110f6eeeaba9a1df36d8c26f684d2475dc), blacklist lets a 2-of-5 multisig wallet (0x9354…28f9) block or freeze a chosen holder's tokens; on BNB Chain (0x71be881e9c5d4465b3fff61e89c6f3651e69b5bb), blackListAddress lets a single wallet key (0x0145…8a57) block or freeze a chosen holder's tokens; on Avalanche (0x491a4eb4f1fc3bff8e1d2fc856a6a46663ad556f), mint lets a single wallet key (0x1230…b395) create new tokens, with no cap in the code. Whether anyone can freeze a holder's balance, or create new coins, is part of our screening. This much is read straight from the blockchain, so it is already established before any screening runs.
