Who controls the coins
Read from the token's verified contract on BNB Chain (0x783c3f003f172c6ac5ac700218a357d2d66ee2a2) on 2026-09-23: pause lets an account we could not identify halt every holder's transfers at once, and no function in the contract can act on a single holder. It also has mint (capped, held by an account we could not identify); what these allow is checked at screening. It is not upgradeable.
Whether anyone can freeze a holder's balance, or create new coins, is part of our screening. This much is read straight from the blockchain, so it is already established before any screening runs.
