Who controls the coins
Read from the token's verified contract on Celo (0x471ece3750da237f93b8e339c536989b8978a438) on 2026-09-22: nothing in the contract could be settled from the code alone. Its code can be replaced by whoever holds the upgrade power.
Whether anyone can freeze a holder's balance, or create new coins, is part of our screening. This much is read straight from the blockchain, so it is already established before any screening runs.
