Read from the token's verified contract on Base (0xd2047ebdb205ee6862b69ae9fb3501652cc97d36) on 2026-09-23: it has mint (capped, held by an account we could not identify), mintAssets (held by an account we could not identify), mintShares (capped, held by an account we could not identify), burn (held by an account we could not identify), pause (held by an account we could not identify); what these allow is checked at screening. Its code can be replaced by whoever holds the upgrade power.
Whether anyone can freeze a holder's balance, or create new coins, is part of our screening. This much is read straight from the blockchain, so it is already established before any screening runs.
