Is CYBER (CYBER) halal or haram?
Not screened yet
We have not run our Shariah screening on CYBER yet, so we are not giving a ruling on this page. What is below is what we have gathered and checked ourselves, without any AI: where the coin lives, its supply, what its own blockchain says about who can freeze or create coins, and the project's own documents.
What it is
Cyber, the L2 for social, enables developers to create apps that transform how people connect, create, monetize, and share the value they generate.
The basics
- Where it lives
- token on ethereum (also on binance-smart-chain, optimistic-ethereum, cyber)
- Circulating supply
- 61,074,734 CYBER
- Maximum supply
- 100,000,000 CYBER
- Category
- Artificial Intelligence (AI), Smart Contract Platform, SocialFi
What it runs, and where its revenue goes
Per DefiLlama on 2026-09-23, CyberConnect runs one product line: CyberConnect (SoFi).
DefiLlama does not track revenue to token holders for CyberConnect.
Figures from DefiLlama. Whether any of this income is permissible is part of our screening.
Who controls the coins
Read from the token's verified contract on Ethereum (0x14778860e937f509e651192a90589de711fb88a9) on 2026-09-23: no function in the contract can block, freeze, move or burn a holder's tokens, or pause transfers. It also has mint (capped, held by a 3-of-5 multisig wallet (0x36f4…f497)); what these allow is checked at screening. It is not upgradeable.
Whether anyone can freeze a holder's balance, or create new coins, is part of our screening. This much is read straight from the blockchain, so it is already established before any screening runs.
