Who controls the coins
Read from the token's verified contract on Base (0x4ed4e862860bed51a9570b96d89af5e1b0efefed) on 2026-09-23: pause lets a 2-of-3 multisig wallet (0x704e…3c0d) halt every holder's transfers at once, and no function in the contract can act on a single holder. It also has mint (capped, held by a 2-of-3 multisig wallet (0x704e…3c0d)); what these allow is checked at screening. It is not upgradeable.
Whether anyone can freeze a holder's balance, or create new coins, is part of our screening. This much is read straight from the blockchain, so it is already established before any screening runs.
