Who controls the coins
Read from the token's verified contract on Ethereum (0x888883b5f5d21fb10dfeb70e8f9722b9fb0e5e51) on 2026-09-23: blacklist lets a 2-of-3 multisig wallet (0x06a0…e539) block or freeze a chosen holder's tokens; forceTransfer lets a 2-of-3 multisig wallet (0x06a0…e539) and a 3-of-4 multisig wallet (0xe1f9…cd16), as admin of ADMIN and so able to appoint itself, move or burn a chosen holder's tokens without the holder's consent. It also has addMinter (capped, held by an account we could not identify), mint (capped, held by an account we could not identify); what these allow is checked at screening. Its code can be replaced by whoever holds the upgrade power. The same coin is deployed on other chains: on Solana (euro5sNHrZC2wu2RoLvy6xxoVMc3Qnd1vjxoWf4MftA), this token has a permanent delegate, which can move or burn tokens out of any holder’s account; on Polygon (0x888883b5f5d21fb10dfeb70e8f9722b9fb0e5e51), blacklist lets a 2-of-3 multisig wallet (0x92f3…7494) block or freeze a chosen holder's tokens; forceTransfer lets a 2-of-3 multisig wallet (0x92f3…7494) and a 3-of-4 multisig wallet (0x29e6…b8da), as admin of ADMIN and so able to appoint itself, move or burn a chosen holder's tokens without the holder's consent. Whether those are the project's own copies or an unrelated bridge's is checked at screening.
Whether anyone can freeze a holder's balance, or create new coins, is part of our screening. This much is read straight from the blockchain, so it is already established before any screening runs.
