Its code can be replaced by whoever holds the upgrade power. The same coin is deployed on other chains: on Algorand (213345970), an address on this asset can freeze one holder’s balance, and take a holder’s balance. Whether those are the project's own copies or an unrelated bridge's is checked at screening.
