Who controls the coins
Read from the token's verified contract on Base (0x5ab3d4c385b400f3abb49e80de2faf6a88a7b691) on 2026-09-23: it has addBatchToBlacklist (held by an account we could not identify), mint (capped, held by an account we could not identify); what these allow is checked at screening. Its code can be replaced by whoever holds the upgrade power.
Whether anyone can freeze a holder's balance, or create new coins, is part of our screening. This much is read straight from the blockchain, so it is already established before any screening runs.
