Who controls the coins
Read from the token's verified contract on Ethereum (0x825459139c897d769339f295e962396c4f9e4a4d) on 2026-09-23: lockAddress lets a 2-of-3 multisig wallet (0xa687…ac6c) block or freeze a chosen holder's tokens. The contract has no function that creates tokens, so no new supply can be created. It is not upgradeable.
Whether anyone can freeze a holder's balance, or create new coins, is part of our screening. This much is read straight from the blockchain, so it is already established before any screening runs.
