Read from the token's verified contract on Ethereum (0x9c7beba8f6ef6643abd725e45a4e8387ef260649) on 2026-09-23: it has mint (capped, held by an account we could not identify), pause (held by a 3-of-6 multisig wallet (0xbd6e…fb6d)); what these allow is checked at screening.
Whether anyone can freeze a holder's balance, or create new coins, is part of our screening. This much is read straight from the blockchain, so it is already established before any screening runs.
