Who controls the coins
Read from the token's verified contract on Ethereum (0xe5e0b73380181273abcfd88695f52c4d0c825661) on 2026-09-23: no function in the contract can block, freeze, move or burn a holder's tokens, or pause transfers. mint lets a 3-of-4 multisig wallet (0x9639…a1e7) create new tokens, with no cap in the code. It is not upgradeable.
Whether anyone can freeze a holder's balance, or create new coins, is part of our screening. This much is read straight from the blockchain, so it is already established before any screening runs.
