Who controls the coins
Read from the token's verified contract on Ethereum (0xe7c3d8c9a439fede00d2600032d5db0be71c3c29) on 2026-09-18: blocklist lets a 2-of-3 multisig wallet (0x0f01…1bb9) block or freeze a chosen holder's tokens. It also has mint (capped, held by an account we could not identify); what these allow is checked at screening. Its code can be replaced by whoever holds the upgrade power.
Whether anyone can freeze a holder's balance, or create new coins, is part of our screening. This much is read straight from the blockchain, so it is already established before any screening runs.
