Native coin of its own chain: there is no token contract to carry a freeze, pause or mint function. The same coin is deployed on other chains: on Solana (JuprjznTrTSp2UFa3ZBUFgwdAmtZCq4MQCwysN55USD), this token's freeze authority is set to CkzLnD9r4d4ZZofsgNVo2VNunxDmte5YJ4vfAgMfBZNA, so that key can freeze any holder's token account. Whether those are the project's own copies or an unrelated bridge's is checked at screening.
Whether anyone can freeze a holder's balance, or create new coins, is part of our screening. This much is read straight from the blockchain, so it is already established before any screening runs.
