Who controls the coins
Read from the token's verified contract on Ethereum (0x9b5528528656dbc094765e2abb79f293c21191b9) on 2026-09-23: it has mint (held by an account we could not identify), burn (held by an account we could not identify), pause (held by an account we could not identify); what these allow is checked at screening. Its code can be replaced by whoever holds the upgrade power.
Whether anyone can freeze a holder's balance, or create new coins, is part of our screening. This much is read straight from the blockchain, so it is already established before any screening runs.
