Who controls the coins
Read from the token's verified contract on Ethereum (0xda67b4284609d2d48e5d10cfac411572727dc1ed) on 2026-09-23: blacklistAccount lets a 3-of-6 multisig wallet (0x1ea1…327f) block or freeze a chosen holder's tokens. It also has mint (held by the contract MinterHandlerV2 (0xb91b…c058)); what these allow is checked at screening. Its code can be replaced by whoever holds the upgrade power.
Whether anyone can freeze a holder's balance, or create new coins, is part of our screening. This much is read straight from the blockchain, so it is already established before any screening runs.
