Is RedStone (RED) halal or haram?

Not screened yet

We have not run our Shariah screening on RedStone yet, so we are not giving a ruling on this page. What is below is what we have gathered and checked ourselves, without any AI: where the coin lives, its supply, what its own blockchain says about who can freeze or create coins, and the project's own documents.

Screen RED now Runs our full screening and publishes the verdict on this page.

Who controls the coins

Read from the token's verified contract on Ethereum (0xc43c6bfeda065fe2c4c11765bf838789bd0bb5de) on 2026-09-22: it has mint (capped, held by a 3-of-5 multisig wallet (0x5754…b397)); what these allow is checked at screening. The same coin is deployed on other chains: on Base (0x4eb92702ba4cfbf80561bad64d89c706ac824960), setMinter lets a 3-of-5 multisig wallet (0x5754…b397) appoint any address to create new tokens, with no cap in the code. Whether those are the project's own copies or an unrelated bridge's is checked at screening.

Whether anyone can freeze a holder's balance, or create new coins, is part of our screening. This much is read straight from the blockchain, so it is already established before any screening runs.
