Who controls the coins
Read from the token's verified contract on BNB Chain (0x5ac0c096549d9df6bf2f709d8c169ceb92470267) on 2026-09-23: addToBlacklist lets a single wallet key (0x92e8…a684) block or freeze a chosen holder's tokens. The contract has no function that creates tokens, so no new supply can be created. It is not upgradeable.
Whether anyone can freeze a holder's balance, or create new coins, is part of our screening. This much is read straight from the blockchain, so it is already established before any screening runs.
