Who controls the coins
Read from the token's verified contract on Ethereum (0xc08e7e23c235073c6807c2efe7021304cb7c2815) on 2026-09-23: it has mint (capped, held by an account we could not identify), pause (held by a 3-of-7 multisig wallet (0x15b3…23a5)), updatePauser (held by a 3-of-5 multisig wallet (0x9bd4…f964)); what these allow is checked at screening. Its code can be replaced by whoever holds the upgrade power. The same coin is deployed on other chains: on Solana (4UbvZiomFvXDnZSz6vdHiDNiHozH2ykTEqjhhbVHiv9z), this token's freeze authority is set to CrtdStZqGrcqrpDZ5XnmaEKvzyBNLgq6uvNKCokFgo6v, so that key can freeze any holder's token account. Whether those are the project's own copies or an unrelated bridge's is checked at screening.
Whether anyone can freeze a holder's balance, or create new coins, is part of our screening. This much is read straight from the blockchain, so it is already established before any screening runs.
