Who controls the coins
Read from the token's verified contract on Ethereum (0xe4ca6596d2c28014c6f89964f57838e0be9f369b) on 2026-09-23: blacklist lets a single wallet key (0x9146…c80d) block or freeze a chosen holder's tokens; wipeBlacklistedAddress lets a single wallet key (0x794e…72c7) move or burn a chosen holder's tokens without the holder's consent. It also has mint (capped, held by an account we could not identify); what these allow is checked at screening. Its code can be replaced by whoever holds the upgrade power.
Whether anyone can freeze a holder's balance, or create new coins, is part of our screening. This much is read straight from the blockchain, so it is already established before any screening runs.
