Who controls the coins
Read from the Sui ledger on 2026-09-23: this coin is regulated: whoever holds its deny capability can block any address from sending or receiving it, and can pause it for everyone; its treasury capability is not held on its own, so whether more can be minted is not settled.
Whether anyone can freeze a holder's balance, or create new coins, is part of our screening. This much is read straight from the blockchain, so it is already established before any screening runs.
