Who controls the coins
Read from the token's verified contract on Optimism (0xef4461891dfb3ac8572ccf7c794664a8dd927945) on 2026-09-23: it has mint (held by the contract NttManager (0x164b…fd1b)), setMinter (held by an account we could not identify); what these allow is checked at screening. Its code can be replaced by whoever holds the upgrade power.
Whether anyone can freeze a holder's balance, or create new coins, is part of our screening. This much is read straight from the blockchain, so it is already established before any screening runs.
