Not for the binary or "fixed time" trades these apps are known for. Each one is a bet on whether a price will be higher or lower after a set time, paying a fixed amount or nothing, which is the binary option the fatwas rule out. An "Islamic" or swap-free account on the same app changes nothing, because the problem is the contract rather than an interest charge, and their CFD and forex products fail for the reasons in our CFD answer.
