What is supply and demand trading?

Answered by the ShariaQuant team

It is a way of reading a chart by finding the price areas where large orders previously overwhelmed the other side and caused a sharp move. Those zones tend to matter again when price returns to them. It suits spot only trading because it gives you defined places to buy without needing leverage to make the trade worthwhile.

Supply and demand trading without leverage

This is Shariah screening and education, not financial advice. Rulings on newer products differ between scholars, so where a question is disputed we say so rather than pick a side for you. If your situation is unusual, ask your own scholar.
