Halal Trading Signals

We don’t sell halal trading signals.

Here is what we’d want you to know before you buy someone else’s.

You searched for halal trading signals, so let me answer the question you actually have rather than sell you something. A signal is somebody telling you what to buy, at what price, and where to get out. The halal part is supposed to mean the instrument is permissible.

In most rooms it does not mean that. It means the group has an Islamic name.

We screen 223 assets and publish a Shariah verdict on every one, with the evidence attached. 106 of them currently pass. What we will not do is tell you when to buy one, and the reasons are worth your time.

Four problems, and none of them are about the fiqh

You cannot verify the record

Every signal group posts winners. The question is what happened to the ones they deleted. Without a timestamped, complete, third-party-verified log covering every call including the bad ones, a screenshot of a 340% win proves nothing at all, and almost nobody publishes one.

The entry is not your entry

A call goes out to a few thousand people at once. The ones who see it first buy first, and you are buying the move their buying created. On a thin altcoin that difference is not slippage, it is the entire trade.

Most of them are leveraged

Read the actual calls in most crypto signal rooms and they are futures positions with an entry, a leverage multiple and a liquidation price. That is not a halal instrument with a halal label on it. Adding the word Islamic to the group name changes the marketing, not the contract.

The seller's incentive is not your profit

A subscription earns the same whether you win or lose. A referral link earns more when you trade more. Nobody in that structure is paid to tell you to sit out for three months, which is frequently the correct instruction.

Where the fiqh problem actually sits

Paying for analysis is permissible. A scholar takes a fee, an accountant takes a fee, and research has always been something you can sell. So the objection to signals is not that money changed hands for an opinion.

The problem is what the opinion instructs. Open most crypto signal rooms and the calls are perpetual futures with an entry, a multiple and a liquidation price. Perpetuals carry a funding rate, which is a periodic payment for holding a leveraged position, and a contract that settles on a price without anyone ever owning the asset. Riba on one side, gharar on the other, and no ownership anywhere in it.

That is why the group being run by Muslims, or named after a Muslim concept, settles nothing. The instrument is the ruling. We took futures apart separately, and the same reasoning is why Hyperliquid fails our screen despite being an excellent piece of engineering.

A spot-only call from an honest analyst with a verifiable record is not haram. I have simply never been shown one that was all three of those things at once.

Questions people actually ask

Are trading signals haram?+

The signal itself is information, and paying someone for research or analysis is permissible in principle, the same way paying for any expertise is. What usually makes signal groups impermissible is what they tell you to do: most crypto signals are leveraged futures positions, which carry riba through funding and gharar through the contract. A spot-only signal from an honest analyst is not haram. It is just rarely what is being sold.

Does ShariaQuant sell trading signals?+

No, and we will not. We publish Shariah verdicts on 226 assets with the evidence behind every ruling, and we teach a spot-only method. We do not tell anyone what to buy or when. Those are different businesses and only one of them survives being wrong in public.

What should I use instead of signals?+

Two things. A screen, so you only ever consider assets you are permitted to own and that have something real underneath them. And a method you can execute yourself: read the chart, mark the zone, place a limit order with the risk fixed before you enter. A signal makes you dependent on someone answering their phone. A method does not.

Are free signal groups safer?+

Usually worse. Free groups are monetised by exchange referral links, which pay on your trading volume, or by moving a position the operator already holds. Paying nothing means you are not the customer.

Nobody is coming to tell you what to buy.

That sounds worse than it is. It means the decision, and the skill behind it, belong to you.
